BRIE WITH ARTICHOKES

It's so simple to make!

- (4 -½ ounces brie or camembert cheese)
- 1/3 c
- chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 2 tsp
- minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp
- olive oil
- 1 clove
1Slice Brie in half horizontally.
2Place the bottom half in a small round baking dish or pie plate.
3Combine the artichokes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and cayenne and spread over Brie.
4Replace top and bake uncovered at 350 deg. For 10-15 min or until heated through
5Serve with crackers, sesame sticks or apples
