- softened cream cheese
- 1 c
- parmesan cheese
- 1 c
- block of frozen spinach that has been thawed, drained, and squeezed
- 1 can(s)
- can of artichokes chopped and drained - not the ones in oil
- 4 can(s)
- cloves of minced fresh garlic - you don't have to use that many, but we love garlic
1Mix all together, put in an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
2Serve with crackers, bread, tortilla chips, pretzels . . . whatever you like.
