1 lb
filet mignon, grilled and sliced
6 large
idaho potato skins, baked & scooped
3-4 oz
parmigiano-reggiano, grated or reggianito
6 tsp
chimichurri or pesto
1 tsp
course black pepper**optional**

Directions Step-By-Step

assemble a lil' cheese, steak slices, more cheese cheese and pesto equally on 6 potato skins.
preheat oven broiler. broil on middle oven rack for 1 minute or until cheese melts. enjoy!

MMMMMMMM some of my favorites in one sammie...this one sounds and looks so good. When did u have time to make this? ..for dinner las nite? I got stuck with a crappy Micky D's fillet of fish and a side salad..the salad and iced tea was good..but wished I had ordered hot tea afterwards..I was a cold wet was the only place I could find off the freeway to wait out the traffic jam.
