I like to smoke my own salmon.I think you can use caned salmon if you drain it well.and then I would use liquid smoke,But not to much a little goes a long way.

Ingredients

1 lb
salmon, smoked
1 lb
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
sour cream
1 tsp
fresh ground pepper
1 tsp
onion powder
1 small
onion minced
2 medium
celery ribs finely diced
2 tsp
old bay seasoning

Step-By-Step

1IN A MIXER CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE AND THEN ADD EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE SMOKED SALMON.
2NOW ADD THE SALMON AND MIX ON LOW SPEED.
3CHILL AND SERVE.
