Take cream cheese and put into large bowl and soften to room temperature. Chop peppers and onion, not too fine. Heat skillet with olive oil, add garlic, onion and peppers saute til just getting tender. Add shrimp and crab meat, then old bay and dill, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour mixture onto softened cream cheese. Stir until well blended then add pimento cheese spread, stir untill well blended. Taste, you can add more old bay or dill weed to taste. Pour into 13 x 9 pan or other container, chill for at least 1 hour than serve with crackers.
