Salmon Ball Appetizer

This is a really easy recipe packed with flavor. I like to make it a day ahead so that the flavors really have time to marry. Serve this with some assorted crackers and watch it disappear

pinch tips: How to Peel & Devein Shrimp



1 lb
cooked and flaked salmon ( can use 1 large can)
8 oz
package of cream cheese
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
grated onion
1 tsp
prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp
liquid smoke
1/2 c
finely chopped pecans
parsley, chopped to garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all of your ingredients except pecans and parsley together. Roll into a ball and chill. After a couple of hours cover with the chopped pecans. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley if desired.
If you use canned salmon, be sure to remove skin and all bones.

If you use fresh, just bake at 350 until flaky.
