Quick 'N Easy Seafood Salad

Another great hot summer recipe that stores well in the fridge. It's a bulk recipe so it is easy to keep everyone fed with those crazy summertime schedules! However, it does have mayonnaise in it, so it doesn't picnic well unless you have a good cooler.

You can exchange the water chestnuts for celery, and of course the mayonnaise for fat-free.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
mini shrimp (salad shrimp)
1 pkg
imitation crabmeat, flake
1 can(s)
black olives, sliced
1 can(s)
water chestnuts
1 c
mayonnaise
1 dash(es)
onion powder
1 dash(es)
parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1Make sure all ingredients are fully thawed and drained.
2Combine in large bowl, mixing well with hands or a mixing spoon.
3Serve with toast, over lettuce, or with crackers!
