- 9 oz. small prawns, (shrimp)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 16 waqter cracker biscuits
- 4 sandwich cheese slices
1Reserve 16 shrimp for garnish and chop the remainder. Mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2Put a teaspoonful of mixture on each cracker. Cut cheese slice into quarters and place a piece over shrimp mixture then garnish top with a reserved shrimp.
3Place under a hot grill til cheese melts and covers the shrimp filling. This will fix the shrimp garnish in place.
