1I mix a can of crabmeat and a package of light cream cheese along with some garlic salt, some chopped chives (or green onions) and a splash of worcestershire sauce.
I then turn it out onto a sheet of saran wrap and form it into a ball. Then I peel off the plastic and turn the ball out onto a dish and pour cocktail sauce down over the top and serve with melba toasts or hearty wheat and sesame crackers.
