Lobster Tomaley Spread

Years ago when my Dad was living he would make a Lobster Tomaley Spread. I still make it from time to time for my family and is always a big hit.

I usually buy the tomaley and lobster bodies at a local lobster pound but if you have several lobsters that you have bought and cooked, the tomaley can be spooned out of them and the bodies picked for the meat.

There is no actual measuring of any one ingredient as I just add the amount to make the mixture consistence that I want, but have given a general idea of the recipe.

lobster bodies
1/4 to 1/2 c
x-tra sharp cheese diced up small
tabasco sauce
crackers of your choice

Directions Step-By-Step

Remove the tomaley from lobster bodies and set aside in a bowl.
Pick meat from the lobster bodies and add to the tomaley
Dice up cheese and add to mixture
Add tabasco sauce to your liking, mix and spread over crackers of your choice.
