Lime Garlic Broiled Shrimp
I got the recipe from a cookbook called the Whistle Stop Restaurant Cookbook.

- 2 lb
- raw, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced
- 1/2 c
- butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp
- lime juice
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/8 tsp
1Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Preheat broiler.
Cook garlic in butter until tender; remove from heat and add lime juice, and salt and pepper.
2Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a fifteen by ten by two inch baking pan.
Pour sauce over shrimp.
3Broil about four inches from heat for eight to ten minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
