FRIED FROG LEGS....Gramps Recipe

If your fish store does not have them. They are readly available frozen.
They can be broiled,sauteed, cooked with sauce, and fried.
This is great finger food .The kids love them., and let them help pre-pare them.
This is Gramps delicious fry recipe.
Allow 2 large or 6-8 small hind legs per person.

"PANKO BREAD CRUMBS--
BONNIES HOMEMADE" ON JAP
RINSE & DRY.
DIP IN BUTTER MILK. LET DRIP A LITTLE,
YOU DO NOT WANT THEM TO WET.
Cover wth Panko crumbs.
COAT LEGS WITH pANKO CRUMBS.
This really helps the batter stick!
HEAT OIL TO 350-375
FRY LEGS 2-3 AT A TIME,
TURN AND FRY OTHER SIDE.
REMOVE, and dRAIN ON A RACK OVER PAPER TOWELS.
