Dennis' crockpot barbecued shrimp

I am allergic to all forms of seafood unfortunately, but .my husband adores shrimp...this is a good recipe if you are having a gang over for the BIG GAME...be it hockey, baseball, football or basketball. you can double the recipe for more servings with no problem

Method:
Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
uncooked shrimp
1 stick
butter
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
tabasco sauce or more, if desired
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
3
lemons, juiced
1 Tbsp
basil
1 large
loaf of french bread, cut into slices

Step-By-Step

1Rinse shrimp but DO NOT soak too much. Put all ingredients exceptt shrimp into crockpot and mix well. Add shrimp and toss just until coated.
2Cook on high for2 hours, checking every 30 minutes for doneness..Shrimp are done when they turn pink.
3Serve with chucks of french bread to sop up any juices.
