Crawfish Dip

A comment was made by a guest, "I could eat this over rice for supper!!" Used a LOT since then!

1/2 stick
1 lb
louisiana crawfish tails
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
large onions, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
parsley, finely chopped
tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt butter on low heat. Add onion and wilt until soft. Add rest of ingredients . Add Tabasco sauce just before serving. Heat ingredients well. Serve with crackers or small patty shells,
