Fryed Red Hot Wings

Preheat oil to 365*
The meat will have a red tint to it, they are so good

4 lb
chicken wings
1 stick
butter, melted
6 oz
texas pete hot sauce
4
carrots cut into sticks
4
celery stalks cut into sticks

Directions Step-By-Step

DEEP FAT FRY WINGS 365*
After you wash the wings make sure you pat them dry. Salt & Pepper
cook the wings till about 1/2 way done about 5 minutes
then put the wings in a container with a lid
then pour half of the sauce mix on them and put the lid on the container and shake them well.
finish cooking the wings then when they are done
(wash out the container & lid you shook them in with the sauce)
When the wings float they should be done, they will have a red tint to the chiicken on the inside because of the hot sauce.
shake them in the sauce again
serve with ranch and or blue cheese dressings
celery sticks & carrot sticks
