easy crispy chicken nuggets and sauce

This is something I'm sure a lot of people already know how to make but this is just an easy way that I have come to learn to make these without having to buy them pre-made from the grocery store. The best part is that it only take about 30 minutes to get this done and your eating them. (Unless of course you decide to make more) I have made these to serve as snacks when my husbands friends come over watch the game or play Xbox and they literally devour them!! The cook and prep times are estimates because those totally depend on how many batches have to be made before everyone is satisfied!

Ingredients For easy crispy chicken nuggets and sauce

2 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless (cut into 1 inch chucks)

2 cpanko bread crumbs

2 Tbsphot sauce (the kind you like)

2 lgeggs
-
1 ccornstarch
-
1 1/2 call purpose flour
-
2 cbutternilk
-
1 cvegetable oil (or more, if needed)

salt and pepper
- FOR THE SAUCE:

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
4 Tbspsweet chili sauce
-
2 Tbsphoney
-
4 tsphot sauce (the kind you like)
How To Make easy crispy chicken nuggets and sauce

1Start with the sauce so that is finished and off to the side.

2To make the sauce: whisk mayonnaise, honey, hot sauce and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed and set to the side.

3Your sauce is DONE! (see how easy that was) :)

4For The Chicken Nuggets: Heat HALF the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5While that is heating: off to the side in a large bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, eggs, hot sauce, and buttermilk (add salt and pepper to your discretion)

6One at a time, dip chicken into the liquid mixture then transfer to the Panko mixture making sure that you press each chicken chuck so that the Panko mixture sticks to the chicken while it's being fried.

7Here's the fun part: After the oil is heated up, take a few pieces and gently place them in the heated skillet and cook until evenly crispy and golden all over (about 2-4 minutes) Adding more oil to the skillet as needed. Making sure your chicken is thoroughly cooked!!!! Once cooked, golden and crispy place on a paper towel lined plate to catch excess oil. You can then sprinkle on some shredded cheese is you want. (this is a good time to go that, the chicken is still nice and hot and the cheese will have a best chance to melt right onto the chicken)

8If you so desire, you can then transfer the chicken to another clean plate and drizzle with more sweet chili sauce, hot sauce or whatever you want or let whoever is eating them to dunk it in whatever they want. Best while served hot!!
