purchased medium chunky salsa
1 c
frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/4 c
chopped red onion
1/4 c
chopped fresh cilantro
season with salt and pepper to taste
1 can(s)
drained and rinsed black beans (optional)


1Stir salsa, corn, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup cilantro and black beans (if using) in small bowl to blend
2Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
3Serve with tortilla chips
