Smooth and Tasty Guacamole

This is a very smooth guacamoli that has a nice kick but not hot as you mix the hot peppers in a food processor.

Ingredients

3 medium
avacados
1 pkg
pico-de-gallo
1 medium
fresh jalapeno pepper
2 pkg
guacamoli seasoning
1 medium
container of sour cream
1/4 c
fresh cilantro
1 small
onion
4 or 5 clove
garlic
2 c
cheddar cheese
1
lime (optional)

Step-By-Step

1In a food processor add peeled avacados, Jalapeno pepper (may add more of you really like hot) guacamoli seasoning, onion, cilantro, sour cream and garlic.

2Mix until well blended.

3Scrape from food processor with rubber spatuala and put in mixing bowl.

4By hand mix in pico-de-gallo

5When done sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

6Cover and refridgerate for atleast and hour.

7If not eating right away, take a lime wedge and squeeze the juice over the dish. This will keep if from discoloring when storing in the fridge.
