Queso Blanco Spinach and Artichoke Dip...

This is the quickest Artichoke Dip I have made...And so good.

(16 oz.) queso blanco velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pkg
(10oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 can(s)
(14 oz.) artichoked hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
onion powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Combined ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then stir. Continue to microwave for 2 additional minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted and well blended.

Serve with Hawaiian Bread, Assorted Mixed Vegetables,Tortilla Chips, or Crackers.
