Layered Taco Dip

|1 can(s)||black beans, drained well|
|1 can(s)||diced tomatoes with chilies or jalapenos, drained well|
|16 oz||sour cream|
|1 pkg||taco seasoning mix|
|lettuce (bagged shredded works great!)|
|2 c||cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 can(s)||black olives, sliced|
|juice from 4 limes|
I make this for practically every party I'm invited to. It's the best version of a layered taco dip I've tasted. I've been making this for several years and finally have gotten the recipe exactly where I want it.
In another bowl, mash the avocados and mix with the Lime Juice.
Drain the can of black beans and tomatoes, separately. I use two strainers and let sit over the sink while the sausage is cooking.
