DirectionsCook the sausage thoroughly; break up into small pieces while it’s cooking. Sausage should be in small crumbles when finished cooking.In a bowl mix the Taco Seasoning packet with the Sour Cream; blend well.
In another bowl, mash the avocados and mix with the Lime Juice.
Drain the can of black beans and tomatoes, separately. I use two strainers and let sit over the sink while the sausage is cooking.Place ingredients in this order:
