| 1 can(s) | diced tomatoes with chilies or jalapenos, drained well |
| 3-4 md | avocados |
| 16 oz | sour cream |
| 1 pkg | taco seasoning mix |
| lettuce (bagged shredded works great!) | |
| 2 c | cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 can(s) | black olives, sliced |
| juice from 4 limes | |
| tortilla chips |

Directions
Cook the sausage thoroughly; break up into small pieces while it’s cooking. Sausage should be in small crumbles when finished cooking.In a bowl mix the Taco Seasoning packet with the Sour Cream; blend well.
In another bowl, mash the avocados and mix with the Lime Juice.
Drain the can of black beans and tomatoes, separately. I use two strainers and let sit over the sink while the sausage is cooking.Place ingredients in this order:
Cooked sausage
Black beans
Avocado mixture
Sour Cream mixture
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese
Olives
