Ingredients

4 large
egg, hard boiled
1 small
avocado
2 Tbsp
mustard, grainy
1 tsp
horseradish
1/4 c
heavy whipping cream
1
pickled beet

Step-By-Step

1Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.

2Spoon mix into eggs.

3Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.

4Chill. and serve!
