Fast and Easy Mexican Skillet Bean Dip

This dip is delicious. You can make it with ground beef or ground turkey. For you vegetarians out there, just skip the meat. My husband and kids love this!

1 lb
ground beef or ground turkey
1 - 1.5 can(s)
refried beans
2/3 c
black beans, canned (rinsed)
1 c
16 oz
sour cream
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1/2 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
3/4 c
fresh salsa


1In a large skillet brown ground beef or ground turkey; drain, return to skillet.
2Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well with a spatula.
3Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
