Ingredients

2-14 oz
cans of diced tomatoes
1
jalapeno seeded
1/2
onion quartered
1
handful of cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Put 1 can of tomoatoes into the blender, add 1/2 onion (quartered).
2Remove the seeds and ribbing from jalapeno, add the jalapeno and 1 handful of cilantro leaves. Blend these ingredients.
3Add second can of tomatoes, blend again and add lemon juice and salt; blend. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix.
