Ingredients

1 c
chopped onion
1 c
chopped bellpepper
1/2 can(s)
chopped celery
1 1/2 stick
butter
1/2 lb
velveeta
1 lb
crawfish tails
2 tsp
chopped garlic
1 Tbsp
tony's creole seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter. Add 2 quarts water and crawfish. Bring to a boil and add Velveeta. Add cornstarch to thicken.
