This one is always a huge hit

pinch tips: How to Keep Knives Sharp Like a Pro


2/3 c
chopped green onions
1 clove
1 can(s)
black eyed peas
1 can(s)
santa fe style beans (with sauce)
16 oz
bag of white petite corn (thawed)
1 can(s)
sliced olives
2/3 c
chopped cilantro
3 or 4 avacados depending on size
juice of 1 lime
2 or 3 fresh jalapeno peppers (optional)


1/4 c
red wine vinegar
1/4 c
olive oil
1 tsp
cumin (more if you want it spicier)
juice of 1/2 a lime
salt & pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over "caviar" and mix gently.
Serve with a chip hearty enough to handle this great dip :)
