maple flavored or regular smoked bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place brown sugar in a shallow bowl.
Cut bacon strips into thirds.
Wrap each strip of bacon around a sausage.
Roll each bacon wrapped sausage in and around the brown sugar to coat.
Place sausages side by side, without touching, on a foil lined cookie sheet (spray foil with non-stick spray).
Bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through, but bottoms of sausages are not burned.
