- little smokies pork sausages
- 1 lb
- maple flavored or regular smoked bacon
- 1 1/2 c
- brown sugar
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place brown sugar in a shallow bowl.
3Cut bacon strips into thirds.
4Wrap each strip of bacon around a sausage.
5Roll each bacon wrapped sausage in and around the brown sugar to coat.
6Place sausages side by side, without touching, on a foil lined cookie sheet (spray foil with non-stick spray).
7Bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through, but bottoms of sausages are not burned.
