onion (finely chopped)
pimento stuffed olives (drained)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together bread crumbs, egg, pizza sauce, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.
Shape 1 tablespoon meat mixture around each olive to form meatballs.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. If desired, serve on wooden toothpicks.
