3 Tbsp
heap of butter
1 Tbsp
dried parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Turn on your deep fat fryer to 190 degree .
Pre-cook the sausages for only 2-3 minutes ,only want to give them a slight colouring . Then remove from fryer and set aside to cool slightly so you will be able to work with them .
NOW TURN OFF THE DEEP FAT FRYER..
Pre-heat the over to 180c/375f...

To make the bread crumbs ,just tear up the slices of bread and put them into your food processer .
Whiz until the bread becoming fine bread crumbs.

4
Add to the butter mixture all the bread crumbs, make sure to mix thoroughly , the stuffing should be nice a moist ..
5
The pre-cooked pork sausages should be cooled a bit so you can handle them ,with a sharp knife cut a line down the centre of sausage but don't cut right through the sausage . open slightly and fill the sausage with the garlic stuffing ,then wrap up the sausage with a slice of smokey bacon continue until you have all the sausages done .
place the sausages into a oven dish and cook in the oven @ 180c/375f for 30 minutes keep an eye on them ,you don't want the bacon to burn.

NOTE = these sausage and bacon wraps are delicious for party's , or as a starter with a little salad on the side . Or do what my husband does if on a rare occasion there any left slice them down and make a sandwich..... enjoy...:)
