Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage
20-22 large jalapeno peppers
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup parmesan cheese shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink, drain, set aside

Mix together at low speed the cream and parmesan cheese then mix in sausage

Use a glove to seed and cut the peppers then fill each one with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture

Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes or until slightly browned
