lemon juice, fresh
coconut (freshly grated)
fresh red hot peppers (chopped)
green onions (chopped)
1Prepare your grill to high heat.
Open the can of spam and slice into 6pcs. (per can)
Grill both sides until golden brown.
2Thinly chop into small diced pieces. Add spam into a medium bowl, add lemon juice, peppers, cilantro and green onions. Then add the grated coconut and mix well.
