I made these for my husbands Christmas office party. They were a big hit and everyone insisted I make them every year!

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
2 Tbsp
ice water
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix

FILLING:

2 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
tortilla chips, crushed
5 Tbsp
taco sauce
4 oz
can ripe olives, chopped
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine beef, water and taco seasoning mix.
Press meat mixture on bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Set aside.

Combine sour cream, chips, taco sauce and olives.
Spoon mixture into unbaked meat shells.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven.

Serve hot.
