Blue Ribbon Recipe

Easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy! These little guys are so cute... and darn tasty. Give them a try at your next party!

Ingredients

1-12 oz
package of wonton wrappers
1 lb
bulk pork sausage or hot sausage
2 c
shredded colby cheese
1/2 medium
green pepper (chopped fine)
1/2 medium
red pepper (chopped fine)
2 bunch
green onions (chopped fine)
1/2 c
ranch dressing

Step-By-Step

1Lightly press wonton wrappers into the bottom and up sides of mini muffin cups
2Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until edges are lightly browned (do not over bake)
3In a large skillet, cook sausage till no longer pink and drain really well!
4Stir in cheese, peppers, onions and salad dressing.
5Spoon by rounded spoonfuls into each wonton cup
6Bake 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until heated and melted.
