I have seen similiar recipes of these wontons, but this recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious! You can make this to suite your own taste. You can decrease ranch or use hot sausage instead of mild. I have also added a can of drained rotel tomatoes for a different taste. I have made these using shrimp or crab meat. I also have Pork wonton recipe that I have posted.

pinch tips: How to Tie a Roast


1 lb
ground sausage (i like williams brand best)
1 1/2 c
shredded mozzerala cheese
1 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz
ranch salad dressing
1 pkg
rectangular wonton wrappers

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add cheeses and salad dressing(adjust amount of dressing to your taste) and mix together.
place wonton wrappers into mini muffin pan. Fill each with a teaspoon of sausage mixture. Cook at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until slightly browned and cheeses are melted.

I had these at a Pure Romance party last week and they were FABULOUS!! I am in charge of appetizers this year at our family Christmas and I am going to make these! Thank you for sharing this!

Tina,I have also put crab meat and/or shrimp in this recipe and they were great!!!!

I use a similar recipe and have used it at several pot lucks at work, never bring home any! These are delish!
