Ingredients

2 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 c
bisquick
4 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
1/2 c
celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, form into 1-inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked.
