Add 1st 4 ingredients to sauce pan and cook til bubbly.
Cut the kielbasa or polish sausage into bite sized chunks. I like to brown my sausages just a little bit before I put them in the sauce but as long as you buy the precooked ones it isn't necessary.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the sauce and cook over a medium low heat for 15-20 minutes or til heated through. You could also do this in a crock pot and serve it this way as well. EZ & yummy! Enjoy!
