Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
4 clove
garlic minced
2 oz
package of pepperoni diced small
2 large
eggs
1/4 c
buttermilk
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1 c
bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and roll into golf ball size meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

2Serve in spaghetti sauce over spaghetti or just as an appetizer with marinara dipping sauce
