biscuits (large flaky)
mozzarella cheese (shredded)
On clean flat work surface put a few drops of extra virgin olive oil down.
Open your can of biscuits, and flatten out.
Add five pepperoni's to the biscuit.
Add one tsp of ricotta cheese.
Add a tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
Fold over and seal biscuit by pinching the sides together.
Bake: 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
