Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1/2 c
onions, minced
1/2 c
carrots, minced
1/4 c
scallions, minced
2 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1
egg
1/4 Tbsp
soy sauce
lumpia wrappers
3 c
cooking oil

Step-By-Step

1Mix pork, vegetables, egg, soy sauce, and salt and pepper in large bowl.
2Place 1 1/2 tablespoons on lumpia wrapper about 2 inches from top. Fold top over. Fold both sides in. Roll tightly.
3Heat oil in frying pan on medium. Cook lumpia, turning frequently, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
