Martha's Notes:

These roll ups go great on a buffet table or as nibbles at a cocktail party, or even as an evening snack. I first tasted these at a charity fund raiser and liked them so much I actually unrolled one (discreetly) to ascertain all it contained. With a little experimentation, mine taste as good as theirs!

It has the savory and salty flavor from the ham, crunch from nuts, freshness of the celery and slight sweetness of the cream cheese.

Can be doubled, tripled, etc.

Roll 'em up and pack 'em away! These are a terrific carry along bite for your next game-day party or potluck. We're hooked!

Directions

1
Place the cream cheese in a bowl along with the one tablespoon of heavy cream. Mix until creamy. Add the crab meat, celery and the nuts, all finely chopped. Mix.
2
Lay ham out flat. Spread each slice with 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. Roll ham into a spiral. Chill, covering with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
3
Cut each ham roll into 4 - 5 pieces. Enjoy!

LOL! This event was a bit fancier than I am used to, so I was a little self-concious about unrolling it, but I was determined to see, so I just casually (I hope)turned my back to the room and looked! I hope you like them!
