Ingredients

1 lb sausage, uncooked (i use mild or medium)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c bisquick mix
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

The cream cheese makes these sausage balls moist and tender.

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Roll into 1-inch balls.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

Eat plain or serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Yoy left off the temp. you bake them at...I'm guessing 350°F (???)

I love this recipe!! These meatballs would be wonderful in a sauce and served over some noodles. Thanks for sharing.
