The cream cheese makes these sausage balls moist and tender.
sausage, uncooked (i use mild or medium)
cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1Mix all ingredients until well combined.
2Roll into 1-inch balls.
3Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
4Eat plain or serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
