Corned Beef Mold

My entire family loves this! It is great for the holidays or any time. I serve this with a different variety of crackers.

pinch tips: How to Mince Garlic

1 can(s)
corned beef
1 box
lemon jello
1 1/2 c
3 Tbsp
horseradish (jar kind)
1 c
chopped green bell pepper
1 c
chopped onion
4 Tbsp
white vinigar
1 c
hot water

Directions Step-By-Step

Break up the corned beef in bowl and add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Add the vinegar and horseradish stir well. Mix the jello with one cup of hot water till dissolved. Add this to the beef,pepper,onion bowl. Add the mayonnaise stir well. I put this in a mold but can be made in just a bowl. Let chill at least an hour. Enjoy with crackers.
