Best Ever "Non-Pizza" Pizza Appetizers

What I love about these is that they're called "pizza" but they have no real relation to pizza. Their flavor is pizza like but better! Better yet, this makes a huge batch and what you don't bake right away, you can freeze (without baking) in plastic bags in the freezer. Take them out when company comes over and heat 'em up!This comes from an old friend from Louisiana, Patty.
