I got this recipe from a Nebraska Magazine. They come out so cute and sooo delicious!

Ingredients

5 oz
lean ground beef or chuck
3 oz
italian sausage
italian seasoning
1/4 c
red pepper, chopped
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
black olives, chopped
3/4 c
colby cheese, grated
1/2 c
ranch dressing

wonton wraps

Step-By-Step

1Crumble ground beef and sausage together; brown in skillet. Add italian seasoning to taste.
2Add red pepper and onion. Saute together, drain and pat dry. Set in bowl aside.
3Add olives grated cheese and ranch to mixture and stir until combined.
4Trim 1/2 inch off one side of wonton wraps. Spray mini-muffin pan in each one.
5Fold wraps to fit in mini-muffin pan and fill each with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
