BBQ Pulled Pork Cups

Grandkids loved these. Abby called them pork muffins Great as an appetizer.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
pork shoulder butt
1 c
chicken broth
1 bottle
favorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
3 can(s)
grands biscuits
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Place the pork and chicken broth in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until pork can be shredded.
Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.
2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins.
Press one Grands biscuit down and up the sides in each muffin cup.
3Top each with pulled pork and top with cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes
