Bacon Pops on a Stick w/ Old Bay Maple Glaze

- 3/4 c
- maple syrup
- 3 tsp
- old bay seasoning
- ground red pepper
- 5 slice
- 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick cut bacon from butcher; cut in half to form 10 pieces
1For glaze: combine maple syrup, Old Bay seasoning and pinch of ground red pepper, stir well and set aside.
3Using flat griddle, sear each pop for 1-2 minutes.
4Using smoker, smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
5After smoking, dip each pop into the maple glaze and grill for about 30 seconds to one minute to carmalize maple glaze.
6Serve extra maple glaze for dipping.
