Bacon Chicken Wraps

This is another football party finger food that I'm asked to make all the time.The bacon gives it a salty taste which goes great with the brown sugar.

boneless chicken breasts
1 lb
sliced bacon. ( not thick )
2/3 c
firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp
chili powder


1Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces.
3Wrap each chicken piece with one piece of bacon.
4Stir brown sugar and chili powder together and then dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture.
5Place on a rack in a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
6Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30- 35 mins till bacon is crisp. Serve with toothpicks
