These little bites of flavor are not for your standard dinner party. They are a fun finger food, for watching a football game with friends, or just for eating outside on a crisp Autumn evening.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Chef's Tip: Warm the tomato sauce and meatballs in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Cut a round whole in the center of the dinner rolls, slightly bigger than the meatball, but don’t cut all the way through.
Place a bit of provolone in the bottom.
Fill about halfway up with tomato sauce. Place a meatball in the hole, and allow the sauce to overflow onto the bun. Yummy.
Top with a piece of provolone cheese.
Place under the broiler, until the cheese is nice and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
PLATE/PRESENT
Put them on a plate with some napkins, and stand back. Enjoy
Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
