Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
uncooked (quick or old fashion) quaker oats
1/3 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
catsup
2 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
thyme
1/4 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1
egg beaten

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine above ingredients. Form into bite sized meatballs. Brown in oil - drain. (or brown in 350* oven/ line pan with foil and spray.)

Sauce
1- 15oz can tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon horseradish
Combine sauce ingredients - Pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
(I always double the sauce recipe)
