bananas, 1" chunks
1 c
watermelon, 1"chunks
1 can(s)
litchi fruit, whole, pitted, drained
1 c
strawberries
1/2 c
plum sauce

Step-By-Step

1Soak 8 6" wooden skewers in cold water 30 minutes.

2Preheat broiler or grill.

3Thread fruit on skewers. Coat with plum sauce.

4Cook 5 minutes, basting frequently with Plum sauce.
